@bhalomanush I think 42% residues without confident prediction is very high. Predicting the overall fold of another kinase or a polymerase without getting the nitty-gritty details of the binding site is useless.

@bhalomanush From my experience, in many cases the interesting parts of the protein, i.e. active site in an enzyme or a binding surface in protein-protein interaction, are not well defined and can’t be seen in experimentally determined structures. I suspect this will make up 42% of residues.
