Read more@KitchenChemProf Remember doing the last leg of driving (~1200 miles) from Omaha, NE to Princeton, NJ in 21 hours non-stop during a 10 day cross country trip from LA. Spent too much time (actually, not enough) in the Southwest and then had to rush to get back home on a Sunday.
