@patrix Not sure if there really is a gateway whiskey. 😄 They all have such a variety of flavors and tastes. I’d say try a new one every chance you get and you’ll discover the flavor profile you like. I like some smoky ones like Laphroaig but also Glenmorangie which is citrusy.
